Principal / Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver key components for the service, including scalability and reliability of payment infrastructure
• Define and analyze key metrics to drive growth in user conversions, monetization, and retention
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and fellow software engineers to deliver features to customers
• Engage with prominent financial industry partners to coordinate design decisions and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Engage with customer support and data specialists to ensure a reliable and scalable service
• Where appropriate, interact directly with customers to understand and resolve issues

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• 3+ years expertise in C# and/or Java development
• Experience with high-scale transactional data processing
• Experience with Windows Azure and/or Amazon Web Services a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to own broad feature areas independently
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
