Adding a Bank Account
By adding your checking or savings account to Prism, you will be able to use it to pay your bills.
What is the account holder's name?
Your account holder's name is the name that you have on the bank account that you are adding. This is often your first and last name, but it may include your spouse's name or the name of your company if it is a business account. You can typically find this name printed in the upper-left of your checks.
What is the routing number and where do I find it?
Your routing number is a nine-digit code that is unique to your bank and helps us know which bank you use. You can find your routing number on the bottom of your checks on the left-hand side. If you're having trouble, you can always give your bank a call and they will be able to help you.
What is the account number and where do I find it?
Your account number is the second set of numbers on your check following your routing number. This is unique to you and your account.
Which address do I enter?
You should enter the address that is associated with your bank account. You can find your address printed in the upper-left of your checks below your name.
