A payment account is simply a method of paying. By adding one in Prism, you can easily pay your bills in seconds!

What payment accounts can I use to pay my bills?

You can add checking, savings, debit, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) in Prism. Which methods you can use, however, depends on which ones your individual billers accept. To help you out, we've also created Prism exclusive options!

What are these Prism exclusive options?

In addition to methods accepted by your biller, Prism offers exclusive ways to pay. Let's say your utility biller doesn't normally accept credit cards. With Prism, you can pay these bills with one.

Is paying my bill in Prism free?

Absolutely! Prism doesn't charge you a dime to pay your bill using the payment methods accepted by your biller. Prism does offer some exclusive ways to pay your bill (such as being able to use a credit card when you normally can't), which may cost a small fee. But don't worry, we're always up front and let you know about these before you choose them.
