How do I pay my bill?
When you're ready to pay your bill, tap on that bill. Near the bottom, you will see your bill's details, including the amount due and the due date. Above this information, you will see three sections to set how you want to pay this bill.
You can change how much you'd like to pay by tapping on the amount due, which can be anywhere from $1.00 to the balance in full for most bills. Next, you can set when you would like us to pay your bill: immediately (within ten minutes) or at a future date. Finally, you will be prompted to choose the payment account with which we will pay this bill: choosing this section will show you all of the accepted payment accounts you've previously added, as well as give you the ability to add a new payment account. Don't worry - we will notify you ahead of time should any payment types incur fees from that biller.
Once you've selected your payment account, told us how much you would like to pay and when to pay, you will be all ready to roll. Simply place your finger on the bottom of the bill where it says "Pull down to pay" and do just that. We will then pay your bill on your behalf - it's that easy!
From the point at which you scheduled your bill, you will have up to ten minutes to cancel your payment . If you've scheduled your bill to be paid at a future date, you will have the ability to cancel your payment up to that day.
