How do I update the credentials for my billers?
Because Prism syncs your billers and accounts daily, we will automatically detect if your login credentials have been changed. Once we have, you will be prompted to provide your new login credentials. Once entered successfully, Prism will sync over your account information.
If you would like use to detect whether your login credentials have changed immediately, select that biller on the Your Billers screen. Then, choose the refresh icon in the upper right corner. We will then sync your biller and detect when your login credentials have changed. You can then provide your new credentials.
