Why can't I connect to Prism?

Generally, this error is caused by a connection issue over cellular or wi-fi, or due to using a third-party virtual private network (VPN) app on your phone.

Wi-Fi Connection

If you're on wi-fi, first make sure that you have a good connection. Try disconnecting and re-connecting your phone to your network, or testing your internet connection by visiting a website in your preferred browser.

Cellular Connection

If you're over cellular, confirm that you're in range of a good signal or not moving between weak or strong signals.

VPN Apps

You may experience connectivity issues in Prism if using a third party VPN app. As a test, try disabling this app and re-opening Prism. If disabling your VPN app works, you may be able to disable your VPN for specific apps in their settings. Simply navigate to their settings, and disable the VPN for Prism.
