I don't have an online account with my biller
No problem! Simply locate your biller, select it, and then tap Help in the upper right corner. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a selection called I don't have an account, which will redirect you to your biller’s website where you can sign up for an online account. Once you’ve done so, just enter your newly created login credentials in Prism and we’ll connect to your biller!
