I've forgotten my biller's password!
If you are having trouble remembering your biller's login credentials, we've got you covered. Simply select that biller, then the gear icon, and you will see links for I don't remember my details and I don't have an account at the bottom of the screen. Choosing either option will take you to the biller's website where you can reset your password or review your credentials. Additionally, you will find their contact information (phone number and email address) on that biller's screen in Prism.
Once you have reviewed or reset your login credentials, simply re-add them in Prism and you should be all set!
