My biller is locked - help!
Many times, billers will lock your account after a series of unsuccessful login attempts. Unfortunately, Prism has no control over fixing this, but we can offer some solutions.
If your biller becomes locked, you can always select that biller and view the link to their website where you can reset your password or review your credentials. Additionally, you will find their contact information (phone number or email address) on that biller's screen in Prism. Once you've successfully unlocked your account, just re-enter your new login credentials in Prism and you should be good to go!
