How does paying in Prism work?
Simply choose the bill you want to pay, select how much you’d like to pay, when you’d like to pay it, and which payment account you’d like to use to pay it. Prism then provides you with a confirmation number from your biller that your payment was processed.
You can either pay immediately or schedule your payment for later. Paying your bill takes only seconds!
Is paying my bill in Prism free?
Absolutely! Prism doesn't charge you a dime to pay your bill using the payment methods accepted by your biller. Prism does offer some exclusive ways to pay your bill (such as being able to use a credit card when you normally can't), which may cost a small fee. But don't worry, we're always up front and let you know about these before you choose them.
What are these Prism exclusive options?
In addition to methods accepted by your biller, Prism offers exclusive ways to pay. Let's say your utility biller doesn't normally accept credit cards. With Prism, you can pay these bills with one.
Conversely, you can also pay with a bank account in some cases when your biller doesn't normally accept it. Some of these options come with a fee, but we're always up front about them before you pay.
Why would I use these exclusive methods?
Plenty of reasons! If you love earning rewards points on your credit card, using Prism to pay can be a great way to do this. Exclusive options also give you the most flexibility in terms of ways to pay that works best for you!
What's the Prism Payment Promise?
Paying bills can be stressful enough without worrying about whether or not your payment will make it on time. When you pay a bill with Prism, we promise your bill will be paid on time, or we'll pay any late fees!
Can I cancel a payment?
Of course! If you schedule a payment for the same day, you can cancel your payment up to ten minutes later. If you made your payment for the future, you will have until 9 AM local time on the day you scheduled to cancel your payment.
