You paid your bill with Prism but you want that extra confirmation that it went through. Until now, you've had to periodically launch the app and check the bill for your confirmation number. Now, you can simply tap "Notify me" and we will send you a push notification with your confirmation number once processing has completed. Save time and have that extra peace of mind.
Payments Outside Prism
We know that many of you like the fact that we detect payments you make outside of Prism. We don't want you worrying about your bills if you don't have to. There are some situations where we have incorrectly detected that you paid when you might not have. In cases where we aren't super sure, we will notify you and allow you to tell us whether you paid or not. We think this extra insight should provide you with even more comfort. Don't worry - if you don't want to be notified, we let you turn this new notification off. If you have questions or feedback about this, please let us know.
Just a minor improvement here. We previously did not allow you to specify Sunday as a day you get paid. You asked and we delivered. If you get paid on Sundays, you can now select this in Prism.
