Prism says my biller's site is down. What should I do?
If one of your biller's websites is down for maintenance when we're attempting to get your balance or pay your bill, we'll send you a message alerting you of this. While this does not happen very often, we always want to make sure your bill gets paid on time.
If you biller's site is down, you can always pay your bill by phone or visiting your biller's website directly. You can find your biller's contact information (phone number, email) and web address by selecting that biller in the Your Billers menu.
