Troubleshooting Notifications
Check Your Device Notifications
It's possible that Prism is sending notifications, but your device is not enabled to display them for the Prism app. Simply check out your device's notifications settings, and you should be able to see whether you've enabled Prism. If not, simply enable notifications for Prism!
Your Prism app is out-of-date
You may be having trouble receiving notifications because your version of Prism is out of date. Head to your app store and search for Prism. If there's a new version available, try updating, and then give the "Test Notifications" button a try!
Using an App Manager?
If you're using an app manager or power manager app, this may be causing issues with notifications. Try disabling your app manager if you have one, and give testing notifications in Prism a shot!
Sharing your Prism Account?
If you're sharing your Prism account with a spouse or partner, it's possible that they're being sent to both devices, but your spouse or partner are reading them first! Once a notification has been read or opened on any device connected to a Prism account, it's marked as read or opened on all of them. Try checking with anyone who you may be sharing your Prism account with.
Check Prism notifications
Our version of "is it plugged in?" Obvious, we know, but it happens to all of us! To edit your notification settings, tap on the "Account" tab then tap into "Your Settings." Tap into "Notifications" and then tap the toggle to edit your notifications.
