Can I cancel a payment?
If you notice that you have made a mistake and need to cancel a payment, you can do so within the app.
If you made your payment for today, you have 10 minutes to cancel the payment before processing begins. If you made your payment for the future, you will have until 9 AM local time on the day you scheduled to cancel your payment. If your payment is now processing, you may still be able to cancel your payment. Please message us in support with "stop payment" and your payment will be put on hold if it has not been fully processed. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it at this point.
