How can I contact you?
If you need to get in touch with us, your best bet is to message us in Support. We want to know about any problems, suggestions, or ideas you might have. Once you message us, we will get back to you as soon as possible directly in the app.
I can't access the app.
If, for some reason, you are unable to message us in the app, you can reach us at email@example.com. Be sure to include your phone number and be as thorough as possible in your message. We'd much prefer if you can contact us in the app, since it is more secure and we can more quickly respond to you.
I lost my phone or device.
No worries! Send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deactivate Prism on all of your devices. Be sure to include your phone number in the message.
